Coffee on 2nd started the way most good ideas do — with two friends and a long conversation. Nancy and Adrianna met at an art walk in Sugar House, and after years in corporate jobs, wanted something different: a business worth showing up to, in a space that gives something back to the neighborhood around it.
Six years, a lot of coffee, and a lot of planning later, that idea became a 100‑year‑old house on Salt Lake City’s west side — reimagined as a place that still feels like one. We’re pouring classic espresso, slow pour‑over, and traditional matcha while we get the doors open.
